By using Mudslingers Iron & Trail, you agree to these terms. The content here — copy, logos, designs, trail guides, and photos — belongs to us or is used with permission. Don’t copy, resell, or repackage it without asking.

Products are sold through our Shopify store and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner. We do our best to show accurate colors, sizes, and prices, but screens vary and typos happen — we reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders affected by them. Prices and availability can change without notice.

Most items are made to order, so production takes a few days before shipping. If something arrives defective or wrong, email us within 30 days at hello@mudslingersironandtrail.com and we’ll make it right. Full shipping and return details are provided at checkout and in your confirmation.

Our trail guides are for general information and stoke, not a substitute for current conditions, permits, or your own judgment. Off-roading carries real risk. Always check with the managing agency, run within your and your rig’s limits, carry recovery gear, and tread lightly. You ride at your own risk.

When you submit your rig, photos, or stories, you confirm they’re yours to share and you grant us permission to feature them on the site and our social channels with credit. You can ask us to take down your content any time.

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mudslingers Iron & Trail isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, products, or trail information.
